Supervisor / Team Leader – Milton Keynes

The Role:

You will be the face of our brand, you will be working as part of a busy team, with an ambitious and positive can do attitude, delivering excellent food and customer service whilst maintaining our brand reputation.

Main duties:

  • Providing excellent customer service standards
  • Food preparation
  • Assisting in stock taking
  • Ensuring presentation of store to be the highest of standards at all times
  • Cash handling and use of Point of Sale system to record sales
  • Managing Staff including team rotas
  • Management decisions

Skills and experience required:

  • Customer focused
  • Friendly, approachable and professional
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
  • Management experience

Hours:

We are looking for our evening shifts Friday to Sunday to start off with as a minimum. If you would like more shifts and can impress us, then we will be happy to give this to you too!

Pay:

This is a part time job and pays £8.10 per hour with a review after 3 months, and bonuses available on meeting sales targets.
